From our family to yours, here's our bright and delicious Rosé Bubbles. Delicate coral pink in colour, this lively patio sipper makes an excellent toasting wine as it dances with bubbles.
With fresh aromas of cherry and raspberry, serve this Ontario Rosé Bubbles chilled with BBQ foods, grilled chicken and salmon or with seasonal salads featuring watermelon, feta and peach!
WINE MAKING
A ‘Charmat Method’ sparkling wine. Vidal (62.1%), Gewurztraminer (16.8%), Chardonnay (11.4%), and Muscat (7.9%) are blended together, with the addition of Maréchal Foch (1.0%) and Baco Noir (0.8%) for that delicate coral pink colour, to create a distinctive cuvée blend, and then fermented for a second time in a closed tank to produce the bubbles. The wine is then clarified, a dosage is added, then the wine is bottled under pressure to preserve the bubbles.
FLAVOUR PROFILE
A lovely coral pink colour with dancing bubbles. Fresh aromas of white peach, red cherry, and delicate red berries rise from the glass. The off dry mouthfeel comes alive with refreshing bubbles and flavours of red fruit, peach, and pink grapefruit, which also linger on the finish.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve at a cool 8 to 10°C. Enjoy while dining alfresco, for everyday refreshment, and when friends gather. Serve with your favourite grilled or barbecued cuisine, enjoy with gourmet pizzas, poached salmon, crab cakes, roasted chicken, and turkey with cranberry sauce. Drink young and fresh.
